What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site: recruitment applications, partnership inquiries, Build With Us requests and email sign-ups. That can include your name or handle, email address, links to your channels or portfolio, and anything you write in a message.

We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To reply to you, review applications and inquiries, and send Mission Briefing emails if you signed up for them. We don't sell or rent your information.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and may be copied into the tools we use to organize them, such as Zapier. Access is limited to Black Point leadership.

Embedded content

Pages include videos, streams and posts from YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Instagram and Discord. Those services may set their own cookies or collect usage data when their content loads, under their own privacy policies.

On your device

The site remembers a few small preferences in your browser, like whether the intro sound is on and your Operator ID call sign. They stay on your device and you can clear them in your browser settings.

Email updates

Every Mission Briefing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Your choices

To ask what we have, correct it or delete it, send a request through any form on this site or message an Admin in the Black Point Discord. We'll respond as soon as we can.

Age

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date on this page.
